Can I earn points and use rewards in Store

How do I join the Burju Crew Rewards program?

If you have placed an order in the past and already have a Burju Crew account, you are already registered and do not need to do anything more to sign up.

How do I earn B Points?

You can earn B Points for making purchases, writing reviews, sharing on social media and even for having a Birthday! See above for "ways to earn".

How do I use my Rewards?

When you cash in your B Points for a reward your coupon code will be sent to you by email. You will use this coupon code at checkout on Burjushoes.com
You can only use one reward or coupon code per order.

What happens to the points I earned for a purchase if I return the item?

B Points earned for a purchase that is then returned (online or in-store) will be removed from your account.
B Points earned for a purchase that is exchanged will not be affected

How can I redeem my B Points?

Once you log into your account you will see all the rewards you are eligible for. Just cash the points in for a reward and use for your online purchase.

Do my B Points expire?

By joining the Burju Crew Rewards program you agree to these terms and conditions.

Points and Rewards are ONLY VALID ONLINE.
No purchase is required to join the Burju Crew Rewards program and and start earning B Points.
B Points are earned through online purchases on Burjushoes.com only.
B Points are redeemed online on Burjushoes.com only.
Burju Crew Rewards can be used online through Burjushoes.com only.
Participation in the program does require a valid email address.
One Reward per order can be redeemed and must be used in it's entirety.
Multiple Burju Crew Rewards accounts can not be merged into one.
If a purchase is refunded, cancelled or voided, the points earned on that purchase will be removed from your account.
If a purchase is returned in store the earned points will be removed from your account.
Exchanges do not have an affect on your points.
Burju Shoes will monitor Burju Crew Rewards accounts for any abuse. If there is any abuse of the program we will immediately remove the account.
