    Runs small. I’m a solid 6 and have bought 6 from this brand but I can’t even zip up. Go 1 size bigger. Trying to exchange but communication has stalled.

    Third time's the charm?

    Sooo I still want to love this boots, I ordered it 2 sizes up (from my usual 8.5 to size 10.5) and my heel STILL poked out the back but at least the 2nd time I got these boots I was able to zip it up. My issue is if I'm spending close to $200 on shoes they should fit me perfectly, so I began the return process again and ordered a half up (size 11). Now my heel does not poke out and I have plenty of room at the toe BUT now the overing of the insole is half off which is SUPER annoying but I don't know I want to begin the return process yet again.

    Maybe I wouldn't have these issues with open toed shoes? I'll update the review once I figure it out 🤦‍♀️
