It took me a few tries to get the right size for me (for my feet they ran smaller than normal probably because they’re roomy and they’ll adjust to you over time! The exchanges were super easy! Now that I have it I love it so much! No pinching my toes, no compression across the forefoot, and the heel is placed so it’s under my center of gravity. I had heard such great things about them and I am delighted that they are true!

The leather on these is so smooth!! Feel so good on your skin! It literally is a shoe that “fits like a glove”. Adjustable tightening. The shoe is **** from all angles and so comfortable! I got the shorter heel so I can wear it daily with any outfit!

These are easy to walk in shoes. Since they are dance shoes, they bend naturally with your feet like a dance shoe would. Traditional heels are more stiff. This is why they are so wearable! The shape is also very flattering for your feet! It makes even bigger feet look nice! The only reason I give them 4 stars is because the back of the shoe rubs the back of my ankle. They need breaking in. Band-Aids for a while until the rubbing stops.

These shoes are beautiful but there were no instructions on how to tie them or how to keep them on. I tried looking online everywhere and everything was for shorter, smaller, thinner straps. I wore them for my daughter's wedding and everyone loved them but it was lots of trial and error getting them to stay on. The straps are quite thick like rope. We tried many times and eventually had to use tiny rubber bands in the back under my dress along with fabric tape to keep them on long enough for the ceremony and pictures. I immediately took them off for dancing at the reception and put sneakers on. They are not comfortable for a long period of time on your feet. They left marks on my legs from having to tie them snug all the way up.

For the crystal rope straps, it usually stays up. A helpful tip to keep them up is to use clear skin tape (fashion tape or medical skin tape) applied directly to the leg. This adds grip and helps keep the rope straps from sliding down without needing to tie them too tightly. Many customers find this works well, especially for special occasions and photos.

Love the heels, but it’s not true to size unfortunately. All my burju heels are a size 7, I got this one also 7 but cant fit my foot.

I was really happy there were wide options, as I often find it hard to find cute heels for people with wide feet. I was worried it wouldn't fit, but I used the AI feature to size my feet and it was accurate. Also, if you have radish calves like me and are worried that the boots will make your calves look fat, the criss cross pattern of the shoes give the illusion your calves are slender. I tried the shoes on as soon as I got them and they were extremely comfortable. I've danced in my heels class and bachata class with them, and they are very comfy. I get a lot of compliments on how cute they are too!

I LOVE these shoes. They are festive, great for dancing or just going out. I have never been able to spend as much time on my feet in heels as I can in Burju shoes. I have left my house, gone out for drinks, gone dancing, and gotten home 5-ish hours later, and no blisters, nothing! Good luck doing that in regular fashion heels. and they are so sturdy, they can just keep going! The heel showed minimal wear after walking on pavement for blocks. Amazing. Regarding size: I wear size 10 in regular street shoes. My feet are medium width with second toe a little longer than the big toe. The app suggested I buy 10.5 Burju, but after lengthy deliberation, I decided to still get 10 regardless, and glad I did. 10.5 would have been too big - I think the app was thrown by the longer second toe. That being said, closed-toe shoes might be a different story.

I can recall dancing in other booties that definitely were not designed for dancers—caving under my weight, floppy heel, making me feel like at any moment I was gonna sprain something 😭

They are SKRONGGGGGG.
As a thicker woman, I require support, okay! There’s lightweight padding that makes long-term wear feel effortless. The laces in the front help contour the boot to your precious feet, while the zipper keeps you snug and makes them quick and easy to take off. A lot of booties don’t give you that kind of flexibility.
I give these a 100 outta 10.
The comfort, the color that actually matches my skin tone as a chocolate girlie 🍫, and the style all help me lock in as an instructor and really do my thing—without dreading a heel slip from shoes that were not made for this sacred art form.
