The color is off. does’t really look like a true nude, looks more like a rose pink. i usualy wear a 6.5 in heels but these run small. i got a 7 and they are still small. i have to get a 7.5 for a good fit. i returned these

I’ve always been told to go up a size and I decided to try 6.5 even though I am a 6 and the shoe is too big so now I need to return the pair.

I ordered two pairs of shoes in my regular dance shoe size however they were half a size too big for my feet. It’s been nearly 6 weeks of being ignored and then them asking me to send pictures again, and then ignored for weeks. I sent them pictures three times before I finally got the return slip. I had wanted to exchange them for ones that fit me, but now I’m just returning them. This was a nightmare.

After reviewing your case, we can confirm that our team responded promptly through our portal—your return request was submitted on August 28, and a reply requesting clearer photos was sent the next day, on August 29. When you reached out via email, we also responded within 24 hours to help expedite the process for you.
That said, we understand how delays and miscommunications—especially around returns—can be incredibly frustrating. While we regret that the sizing didn’t work out and that the exchange process wasn’t as smooth as it should have been, we’re glad the return has since been completed.

They are beautiful. Comfortable. Exactly what you expect with one exception: the fit of the toe box, for me, is too loose. So loose my feet slide just a little too far forward. I have to work to keep the right foot position in them... Not sure I'll be able to wear them as much as I hoped. Other than that (womp womp), they are really great - color and quality. AND they arrived much faster than anticipated!!

As soon as I put them on, they hurt before my teeth touches the ground. As soon, as I put my foot on the floor, I could not walk without pain. Never wore the shoe do not intend to wear the shoe, a waste of $200. And will never buy another shoe from them again.

These shoes are lovely! Fit really well, I love the adjustability and support of the laces. I'm new to heels so I have nothing to compare it to from a performance standpoint - but compared to street heels I've worn in the past these are leagues more comfortable and stable.
There was an issue with my initial purchase and customer service solved it without issue. Great experience.
One issue I had was with the AI sizing tool - I did it three times and it gave me a different size every time (8, 8.5, 9)! I went with my typical shoe size (8.5) which was the middle of the range and it seems to have worked out well.

I have several pair of Burjus in my size and love them. These, however, I could not even get on. I have a high instep and the zipper on the back of the heel does not go all the way down. They would have fit IF I COULD HAVE GOTTEN MY FOOT IN THEM!!! Damn! I really liked them, too, and was counting on wearing them on an October trip to Europe.

Very cute shoes, love the color options. Shoe itself runs small, and fabric for the leg runs small as well. Recommend sizing up, especially if you have wider feet or bigger calves.

I've loved these shoes for awhile and finally pulled the trigger. They are beautiful. And, technically, I could get the shoe on. However, I wasn't about to try standing in them. I ordered size 12 bc that's the size I wear. They fit my daughter, who wears a size 9, perfectly. (I'll be gifting them to her for Christmas.) Last I checked, the larger sizes of this shoe are sold out. I'm trying to figure out what size to order in the next shoe I try.

Love the shoes but be mindful if you have thicker calves they might take some time to loosen up and break them in or size up if you can
