Overall experience is they have no problem with taking your money real quick, but God forbid if you need to do a return you have to go through so many obstacles. Also they should describe that these boots themselves are not wide calf friendly nor big leg friendly, as I look like they could be in the pictures.

And if they still don't work, you can exchange them for another lovely style or request refund.
