Burju Blind Boxes are made up of shoes that were tried on and returned or exchanged.  These shoes have some imperfections, primarily scuff marks on the soles.  Or they have minor imperfections on the material and can't be sold as "perfect" condition heels. We thought it would be better that these lightly used or slightly imperfect beauties end up in your closet and not a landfill so we are giving you a deal!!  

To minimize the impact on the environment we will not be accepting returns or exchanges on these blind boxes.  These are FINAL SALE.  Please be sure that you know your Burju Shoes size when you order a Blind Box because returns and exchanges will not be possible.  As with all our products, we still guarantee them 100%, so should you have any structural or functional damage you can contact us to receive replacements.

Pro tip: Studio owners, dance instructors, or those who like to make a little extra money. You can pick up a few of these blind boxes in various sizes and resell them to your students or friends. You will be buying 2 for the price of 1 then can resell them at a certain discount from the website, then keep the profit for you (earning you some money towards a new pair of Burjus for yourself).

Returns - All items can be returned for full refund or exchange as long as they are in brand new condition.  Photos are required for every return.  Please try shoes on a CLEAN carpet. There is a $10 shipping fee for returned items.

Can Burju Shoes be worn outside on all surfaces?
We offer many different sole options for your needs. Our street and rubber sole options can absolutely be worn outside on all surfaces. The street sole is smoother and the rubber sole has more grip. For more information about our soles please see our Types of Soles for Heels article. The only sole option that is NOT suitable for outdoor use is our Suede sole options which are mainly on our Latin and Ballroom shoe styles.

There are many factors that go into finding the right fit. The cut and style of the shoe can make a big difference.
