Wait ! What ??? 🤩

I just received my first pair of Burju ever and I am over the moon.
First they are so gorgeous and then… sooooooo comfortable. I read a lot of comment of the website that Burju shoes were very comfortable but was (I admit it) a bit skeptical… after all heels in general are always a bit uncomfortable but I swear that those shoes are like slippers. Tho, I didn’t dance with yet, I am very confident that they will be perfect. I can’t wait to start my heels class next week. The only “negative” comment is with customer service. At one point I wrote to them to do a follow up because it was saying “order unfulfilled” and didn’t know what that meant. They said that my order was a made-to-order even tho the shoes was in stock when I ordered (size, heels heights, sole) they couldn’t really give me a correct explanation and had the impression that they didn’t know much. Then it took 12 business days to arrive to Canada (a bit surprise that it arrives from China). Overall I am satisfied.

Great fit, comfortable, arrived on time.

About the second pair, what you ordered was actually 'Made to Order' or 'Pre-Order' which usually takes around 15 business to receive. But no worries, we've noted that it's been shipped already so you should receive it anytime soon.

Not comfortable

I like the look of these, but they do not feel good across the toebox. I have four other pairs of Burju and these are the least comfortable.

Thank you for your feedback. We've noted that most of your orders were lace up from the toe to the upper material. Since this style has a firm toe box, you'll find it initially constricting or tight at the toe. But with the right size, they fit nicely and actually holds up your feet from sliding down. You may wear thin socks or tights while wearing them. Or, you may also exchange them for a bigger size or a different style! Thanks again!
