Never got a response regarding return

Love the beautiful picture but the heel option was over 3 inches and my dance pro said too high. Followed the return policy, no response. After 2 weeks I decided to force a refund and small print was 40% restock fee and 10% return. I basically pay for the markup and they get them unused and free to resell. I’ll keep them and try and find a non dance time to wear them. Will probably never order from Burju again.

We process returns within 24-48 business hours - we've noted that your Return Request was submitted August 24 and was approved the same day so we sent you a Return Label. But we didn't receive your package and as well as any emails - we've only heard from you today (September 19). We can still accept your request as one time courtesy as long as your shoes are unworn. We sent you an email about this, we'll wait for your response.
