I ordered these shoes to try for my bridal shoes—the mary jane strap keeps the shoes on securely without rubbing, the rounded toe is comfortable without squishing my toes into an unnatural shape, and the 3" slim heel is high enough to be elegant without making me feel like I'm going to break an ankle. My feet felt stable even as I had my man spin me around until I was dizzy!

They aren't as comfortable as my professional suede-soled practice heels, but while I was expecting the arches to be more flexible than they are (the stiff street soles cover the full length of the sole and so there's little to no bend), the foam padding inside is very comfy and they are easily as comfortable or more than my well-loved Comfort-Plus pumps, and I bet the mary-jane strap will make a big difference in long term wear for avoiding new-shoes blisters! I have high arches so I may need to add gel arch support cushions inside, but the design of this shoe means they won't show like some other designs would.

I was also surprised that the buckle is... I don't want to call it non-functional, it just doesn't function the way buckles normally function. Instead of the buckle being attached to the side of the shoe and the strap feeding through it, the buckle is buckled onto the strap without being attached to anything else. Where the buckle would normally attach to the shoe is instead a hook that hooks onto the strap and then slides just under the buckle—you can kind of see it in the product picture if you really zoom in. Adjusting the hole the buckle is on tightens the strap, because the placement of the buckle changes where the hook sits on the strap. So it looks like a normal buckle and functions like a normal buckle but putting the shoe on is a single easy motion instead of fighting with a tiny buckle. It is less secure than a normal buckle, if the strap gets jostled I can see that it might escape the hook, but it's an ingenious way to increase convenience and decrease wear and tear on the strap.

A nice touch is the pearly sheen to the white that really doesn't come across in the product pictures! A beautiful bridal shoe.

I was also REALLY surprised when they fit. My shoe size is normally 8.5 - 9 US, the Burju AI shoe sizer didn't work on my phone but customer service promptly helped me after sending them some pictures of my feet—and they told me size 10.5! My eyebrows shot up into my hairline but I trusted the process and ordered as they recommended. The shoes arrived and printed on the bottom is "US 10.5", yet they fit very well indeed. There's a little bit of gaping above my toes that I think might diminish over time as the shoes conform to foot shape, a slight bit of room behind the heel that will make it so I can probably wear thin socks without being too tight—astonishingly good fit.
