I’ve been looking for a closed toe boot for the winter time. I purchased these and when they arrived I was so excited, the shipping wasn’t too long. I tried them on and the felt great I was so happy with them. That night as I was about to walk out the door my heel broke off within 5 minutes of me wearing them. I was so heartbroken because I was so excited to walk around in these. Idk if maybe I got a bad pair that was just poorly made or what…but it looks like there are only 3 tiny studs on one side of the heel keeping it together.
I contacted customer service and they responded within 24 hours like they said they would and resolved my problem, so I very much appreciate that. I will still be ordering more shoes from here because I have faith in this company! I have a few other heels that I am in LOVE with, this pair is just flawed.

Comfy and the perfect winter boot

Shipping to Switzerland went well, waited for about 2 weeks to be delivered, that‘s fine.
I tried the shoes on and they fit perfect! They look exactly like shown on the fotos and have a coushoned sole for extra comort. I orderd it with the street sole to use it everyday and they are so comfortable! I‘m not a professional dancer, but I did courses for dancing salsa and back then bought salsa dance shoes- that‘s when I realised that dance heels are so much more comfortable than normal heels because of the flexibility it provides for the feet. I then looked for dancing heels that do not look like typical salsa shoes to wear it everyday, but in Switzerland it was impossible to find. GladIy I found Burju Shoes!!!
I‘m tempted to buy a lot more heels on this site😉
