The material of Khadija and many of our shoes fit firm and snug at first but they soften and mold to her skin, in time. To address this issue, you may consider inserting additional insoles or trying different lacing techniques to adjust the fit and improve flexibility.

Ensuring the comfort and mobility of our dance shoes is of utmost importance to us, so we're disappointed to learn that you found them tight and stiff in that area. It could be the size though. You may try a bigger size by placing a new order, and then when you receive it, you can just keep whichever fits better and return the other one.
