ORDERING INFORMATION
Q. How do I know what size to order?
A. Our dance shoes fit true to size for women and half size big for men. If you are not sure what your true size is please see the following Shoe Sizing Guide to measure your own feet and find your size.

Our dance shoes are in U.S. sizes. To find out the conversion from international sizes click on the appropriate link: Women's Size Chart, Men's Size Chart.

Q. How do I know what width to order?
A. Dance Shoes unlike regular shoes get more rigorous use. For this reason it is important that they fit as tight as possible because they will stretch. See our Shoe Sizing Guide to measure your width if you are not sure what to order. The average person should order a medium or a narrow if you want to get longer use out of the dance shoes.

Q. How do I know what heel height to order?
A. Our heels are measured from the outside or longer part of the heel. Some companies use another method so please do not confuse the heel size you might have from another company with the Burju Shoes heel sizes. See our Heel Chart for the options.

Q. Can I custom order dance shoes to meet my specific needs/wants?
A. Yes. You can change the size, heel, color and material of any model dance shoe you see on the website. All custom orders take 6-8 weeks to deliver. Burju Shoes does NOT accept returns or exchanges on custom ordered shoes under any circumstance. See return policy for more information.

Q. What is a “Back Order”?
A. A Back Order is a shoe from our collection that is not available in stock. Back Orders take 6-8 weeks to deliver. Burju Shoes only accepts returns or exchanges on unworn shoes returned within 14 days of receipt.

Q. Can I make changes or cancel an order that has already been submitted?
A. Yes if you contact us within 24 hours of submitting your order. Please email order@burjushoes.com with “Cancel Order” or “Change Order” as the subject. After 24 hours you will have to wait until you receive your merchandise and then follow through with our return policy.

Q. When can I expect to receive my order?
A. If the item is in stock your order will be shipped out within 2 business days. We use USPS to ship all over the world. Within the continental United States orders arrive in 5-7 business days. For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada, orders take 7-10 business days. International orders will take 10-15 business days. If the item is on back order or you are placing a custom order then it takes 6-8 weeks to receive your merchandise.

For international deliveries there may be holdups in customs that delay receipt of shoes, or you may be responsible to pay some taxes and duties on the goods. Burju Shoes is not responsible for any delays caused by a countries customs laws or any additional payments that need to be made in order to pick up the shoes. Q. Can I track the status of my order?
A. Yes. Just go to My Account and log in. If you do not have an account then you can email us at order@burjushoes.com.

Q. What happens if what I want is not in stock?
A. You will receive a message saying that the item is not currently available. You will then be given the option to order it. Back Orders and Custom Orders take 6-8 weeks to deliver. See our return policy for information on exchanges and returns.

Q. How can I find a specific shoe I am looking for:
A. We have a search field at the top right hand corner of the page that allows you to find a shoe by item number or key word.

BILLING AND SHIPPING
Q. What forms of payment can I use online?
A. We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover using real-time credit card transaction using secure 128-bit SSL encryption. We also accept PayPal.

Q. What are the shipping options?
A. We use USPS Priority Mail for all orders domestic and international. All orders shipped within the United States are $6.95 for the first item and $4.00 each additional item. You can expect your package in 5-7 business days. For Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico you can expect your package in 7-10 business days. All international orders including Canada are $26.95 for the first item and $7.00 each additional item. You can expect your package in 10-15 business days.

Q. Will I have to pay any duties or taxes when shipping internationally?
A. Every country has a different system and set of rules for imported goods. Burju Shoes is not responsible for any duties and taxes that are incurred. It is the sole responsibility of the recipient of the merchandise. Burju Shoes is not responsible for the delay of shipping nor the loss of packages due to recipient’s negligence to pay required duties and taxes.

Q. Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?
A. Unfortunately not. We only except one shipping address per order.

RETURNS
Q. What is the Return Policy at Burju Shoes?
A. We are happy to except returns of unworn merchandise that was ordered from our stock. The request must be made to order@burjushoes.com within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable and you will have to pay all new shipping charges for the new item. Clearance items are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

Once we receive your return we will email you to confirm. We will then issue the credit the next business day. It may take a few business days for it to show up on your credit card statement. There are NO returns or exchanges on custom ordered dance shoes so please be sure of your size, heel and color selections.

Burju Shoes purchases made from other dealers or stores must be returned to the location it was originally purchased and is subject to the dealer’s return policy.

Q. Can I exchange for another size, color or style?
A. Only orders made from our stock can be exchanged. You may select another pair from our stock or custom order something. If the shoe is on back order or you decide to custom order it will take 6-8 weeks to deliver.

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card?
A. Yes our shopping cart is secure.

Q. Does Burju Shoes sell my information to other companies?
A. No we do not offer customer information to outside companies or third parties. By creating an account with us you are ensuring an improved and enhanced online shopping experience and be eligible for special promotions and sales. We may use your information for marketing purposes.
